Recently had breakfast at this location for heading out hiking. Well busy it was not anything crazy or complicated. The bagel sandwiches were delicious. what was the most concerning was the way in which the manager was addressing the staff it seemed very condescending as she was barking orders throughout my visit. They were out of several bagel types during the time in which we had breakfast Overall, the restaurant was extremely clean and a great location.
Decent food. Breakfast bagel sandwiches definitely need two eggs. Twice baked potato was really good. Tasted like party potatoes in hand-held form. The staff was amazing.
I’ve been to Einstein’s before in Florida many times and had great food and great service. I’ve come to this location twice out of convenience of our hotel being close and the service here is absolutely terrible. The first time one employee was extremely rude to another and started yelling at her infront of many customers. The second time the cashier was rude to me while taking my order and got our order wrong. I love Einsteins but having negative experiences like that will determine if I come back again. One off I get but this is a normal occurrence here. Maybe this is the atmosphere of Vegas but I haven’t had this experience anywhere else here.
This place is a joke, but I'm not laughing. The staff don't know what a salmon cream cheese bagel is. No orange juice or anything similar, even fountain drinks machine is broken. No half of bagels, in fact they don't even have plain or everything bagels. My nova lox sandwich had the smallest peace of salmon in the world. Also the place is very dirty. Just save your time and health and go ANYWHERE else.
PS: Don't believe fake rating and fake reviews, I guarantee this is the worst Einstein Bagels of all.
LOVE Einstein!!! Breakfast was yummy!! People were super friendly! Can't wait to get home and eat the rest off the bagels we grabbed!!
Update: HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Farmhouse. Unbelievable sandwich. You will not be disappointed. I also recommend ordering 2 if you're hungry. I don't know what happened to the 1st one but was already wanting a 2nd.
So many Savory and some sweet bagel options, lots of smears and in generous portions. Anyone looking for a breakfast out the box don’t sleep on Einstein Bagels. This is the Tropicana location attached to the Blue Green Resort. Not usually overly busy like the UNLV location often is. They both have the same quality food and service though. I got the one with cinnamon and sugar and a sweet smear but their hangover breakfast sandwich with eggs, bacon on a hash brown bagel…. 🔥 genius
Basic bagels charged way too high. Don't go here get bagels at the market for cheaper. They don't taste any better than what I get at the store. Paid two bagels with a schmear and two coffees for $20. Way too much for what was given to us
Edit: service was really good and prompt. I am upset at the pricing, not the employees. Nothing they can do about that.
